since yesterday to reach the support panel of Heihachi not more, today they were just online but now they are offline again.

Does anyone know what's going on here?

My VPS is running as usual but, apparently, customers are not affected?

Who knows something, it can let us know via comment.

unfortunately there are some problems yesterday with DDoS.
Someone invested his allowance into a DDoS service. It is clear that the person himself does not own large botnet, but rather buys these attacks.

The range is part of 5 Gb, since the DDOS runs to several servers, it is not so easy to block the attacks.

There is also a person who constantly says that he would DDoS us, that's true, however. The DDOS is from someone different.

Well we do sometimes Heihachi good luck and hope you support panel is soon back online.

Supposedly you can contact the Heihachi support via mail, support@heihachi.net, I've at least heard in private.

Heihachi is to achieve complete again, now with host Heihachi does Dragonara, a DDOS secure hosting is pretty expensive, but more can gbit protecter.
